Yoga for the Nervous System

As a neurodivergent individual, I have found that exercise, meditation, breathwork, and lots of sensory experiences help me to calm down. I have been an adaptive rock climber for ~9 years and I love to hike. I have a neuromuscular disorder and started practicing yoga to learn how to learn how to regulate my nervous system.
